How We fix your business administration

STEP 1: Tell us your problems and goals.

We will sit down with you to discover your business goals and current roadblocks to success. After we get a clear picture of your business, we’ll be able to help you accurately prioritize which tasks we should tackle first. (We’re often handling new ideas or issues that arise as we work on these projects. We adjust the priority list as new tasks arise to make sure everything still gets done.)

This step takes the most time and attention from you, but we are usually able to work through the priority list over the course of 2-3 meetings. The more prepared you are for our meetings, the quicker we will be able to move to the next phase.

STEP 2: We fix (or build) your administrative systems.

After we figure out and prioritize our list of tasks, we get to work to build a system that will support your goals. Whether it’s hiring a new IT company, making changes to your benefit plans, or cleaning up physical and digital stacks of paperwork, these projects will provide you with a stable infrastructure that help you accomplish your goals.

This step in the process often takes the longest, but requires less of a time commitment from you. You will need to onboard us to your existing systems and introduce us to your vendors (a company email is the easiest way to establish trust with your outside vendors, but isn’t always necessary). You will also need to be available for discussion and approval as we work through the projects, but we will be carrying out the vast majority of the actual work.

STEP 3: We help you maintain the infrastructure.

After we rebuild the infrastructure, there will be fewer and fewer fires to fight because we will have created a solid backbone that will support your business. You will have a solid system that can withstand a long-time employee’s departure, a sudden increase in customers, and the introduction of a new product or service.

No matter what challenges your business faces, we will be there to help you make the necessary tweaks and adjustments so your administrative systems continue to support your dreams.

(Note: Most of our clients come to us when they’re in survival mode. They’re stressed and anxious, fighting every fire that comes across their path. Every task is “urgent and important.” We’ll help you sort through the noise and prioritize the projects so that everything is appropriately handled. However, the best time to bring us on board is before you’re in survival mode. You’ll make better decisions, and it’s easier to focus on the projects that will make the greatest long-term impact.)
