Jonathan Horton
President/CEO
From nonprofits to small businesses to professional firms, Jonathan has been the right-hand man to established businessmen and executives for over 10 years. Whether he is assisting with organizational management or overseeing your bookkeeping and administration, Jonathan brings a partnership mindset, focused attention to details, and a dedication to integrity to his work.
Jonathan serves as an Ambassador and as a member of the Finance Committee for the Top of the Valley Chamber of Commerce. He is also the co-leader of a Chamber leadshare group, and serves on the PR Committee for the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors.
Matt Endres
Executive VP
Matt has spent his career managing the US logistics for an international book publishing company, as well as their financial administration and vendor relationships. Our resident customer service expert, Matt brings a warm personality, a love of teaching, and a caring spirit to all of our client relationships.
Jenny Nelson
Bookkeeping & Administration
Prior to joining our team, Jenny worked as a bookkeeper in higher education. She brings her knowledge of organizational accounting and administration to help our clients track their finances.

Rebecca Horton
VP of Marketing Services
Both a left-brain logician and a right-brain creative, Rebecca has spent her whole life fusing the technical with the beautiful. Rebecca left her role as the corporate communications editor for an Inc. 5000 company to start her own digital marketing firm, and now enjoys using her design, development, writing, and strategy skills to help businesses find their audience and tell their story.
Rebecca serves on the Marketing & Branding Committee for the Top of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, and is a Trello Leader for Winchester and Northern Virginia.
Derek Archer
Senior Marketing Strategist
Derek is our lead senior marketing strategist. When Derek isn’t busy figuring out how to solve growth hurdles for people, he’s reading and watching the latest content on Inbound strategies from Dharmesh Shah, Brian Halligan, Gary Vee, and the Supremacy Digital team.
Derek loves connecting with people, and teaching them all about how to tell their story and reach their ideal customers. Derek is also a Trello leader and loves livestreaming, and so come by and say hello!
Hannah Cudal
Website Manager & Designer
Hannah is our lead web manager and designer. She brings our clients fresh websites that are both stylish and functional. She manages our team of web designers, and ensures that every client receives quality work.
When she is not designing websites, Hannah is out adventuring and exploring the world. Right now, Hannah volunteers as tech support for Free Burma Rangers, an organization that assists people affected by the conflict in Burma.
