Both a left-brain logician and a right-brain creative, Rebecca has spent her whole life fusing the technical with the beautiful.

Rebecca left her role as the corporate communications editor for an Inc. 5000 company to start her own digital marketing firm, and now enjoys using her design, development, writing, and strategy skills to help businesses tell stories and attract customers.

Leah is passionate about helping growing businesses bring order to complexity.

As Ingenium’s Fractional Integrator, she works alongside the leadership team to translate vision into execution by creating clarity around priorities, strengthening accountability, improving internal communication, and building the operational systems that keep the business moving forward. She enjoys solving complex operational challenges and helping teams achieve more together than they could individually.

Alicia joins the Ingenium team with eight years of deep small-business experience ranging from account management to data analysis to workflow automation. She gets excited about people development and training, information structures and systems, and workflows that work the way you need them to.

Meg has a passion for marketing and enjoys working alongside local businesses to optimize every part of the customer journey. With far too much time on her hands during the pandemic, she founded a digital marketing agency, Digital Drip Media, serving local businesses in the DMV. Her communications skills translated over to a role at Ingenium BCS, where she serves as a client liaison and provides marketing strategy across all accounts, while continuing to work with her own clients as well.

A Georgia transplant and current Loudoun County resident, Meg lives with her husband, Jared, and their two cats.  She enjoys nearly any outdoor activity and can often be found with a cup of coffee in hand.

Philip has a passion to see small to medium sized businesses succeed and scale through data-driven decision making. As the founder of a coffee company, Philip oversaw 10 years of incredible growth from a farmer’s market booth to a multi-departmental enterprise. Through bookkeeping and consulting, he equips other entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. His ultimate passion is in helping and coaching others, whether businesses or individuals, towards their greatest potential.

Driven by an inquisitive and adaptive nature, Micah embraces new challenges and transforms them into opportunities for growth. After working 7 years with the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) as the Website Administrator, Micah shifted his focus to freelance website development. With commitment and innovation, Micah continues to mold and shape websites that effortlessly fuse design and function.

With over 17 years of bookkeeping experience in both the private and public sectors, Heather brings a strong foundation of accounting knowledge and a commitment to exceptional client service. She enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and takes pride in understanding their unique needs. As a trusted resource, she is dedicated to providing reliable guidance and support, helping clients navigate their accounting and bookkeeping needs with confidence. Her approachable style, attention to detail, and passion for helping others make her a valued partner for every client she serves.

Brian has been involved in HR for over 20 years, and loves working with companies who are dedicated to seeing their employees thrive. He’s eager to help GovCons, small businesses, and churches achieve a confidence in the complex labor regulations and improve effective communications with their teams. He’s also an IT-geek at heart, and enjoys exploring technology solutions to automate and enhance HR compliance, moving mundane tasks into the realm of … fun? (Ok, “tolerable”)

In her nearly 20 years of experience in the legal field, Angel has been a firsthand witness to the struggles and challenges of new small practices, and has learned from those experiences to utilize creative problem solving to bridge tough situations. Her training in all admin sides of law practice has given her a blend of workplace and customer relational skills, with the practical knowledge of intense project driven remote work. She is sensitive to the struggles of attorneys and other timekeepers around time management and billable work, and has extensive experience with the detailed and complex matters of legal billing.

A consistent ability to identify and evaluate the unifying principle of processes, problems, and concepts coupled with a rapid flow of new ideas makes Emma a consistent and thorough problem solver. Emma enjoys analyzing, streamlining, and implementing processes to produce efficient and consistent results that serve a company’s larger purpose.

Combining her experience in AP and procurement along with her background as a small business owner and classical musician, Rachel offers a unique perspective as someone who has been personally involved in many different roles, from administrator to entrepreneur to client. With an eye for details and a desire to help others maximize their time and resources, Rachel believes in striving for excellence and working with integrity in all things, bringing a mindset of continual improvement to everything she does.

Currently studying Economics and Business Analytics, Naomi is excited to develop her skills in a real-world business. Being people-oriented, artistic, and math-minded, she enjoys using her diverse interests to serve others.
